Order Processing
We know you are very excited about your new purchase and want it as soon as possible. We are also excited for you!!! All orders are processed and shipped within 6 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders. However, we will let all our customers know.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
Potential Delays and COVID-19
The health and safety of our customers are our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment to comply with government/state recommended guidelines.
We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 6 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders over $59.99 qualify for free domestic shipping to addresses within the continental United States.
* UPS Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
International Shipping Rates
At the moment we provide international shipping to the following countries: Mexico and Canada ONLY.
International shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT, which are applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. Friends Up Studio is not responsible for these charges.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Shipping is available to PO boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO) within the continental United States.
